Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be issued once approved.

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for issues arising due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or where flowers have perished due to non-collection or neglect after successful delivery.

Customer Responsibilities
